Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Couple Note app and website. By using Couple Note, you agree to them.

The service

Couple Note is a private space shared between two paired people for keeping notes, photos, voice recordings, countdowns, shared costs, and drawings. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in through Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, to use Couple Note.

Your content

You own what you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service and make it available to you and the partner you are paired with. You are responsible for what you add and confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Couple Note for anything unlawful, or to store or share content you do not have the right to.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other people's data.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using Couple Note and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.

Disclaimers

Couple Note is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couple Note is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and, for significant changes, note them in the app. Continuing to use Couple Note means you accept the updated terms.
